Effective July 1, 2012, all services relating to your preneed policy will be performed by National Guardian, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. Please use the contact information listed on the right for all service requests, claims, inquiries and premium questions.

Lincoln Heritage entered into a coinsurance agreement with National Guardian Life Insurance Company.

This agreement covers a block of Lincoln Heritage’s insurance policies that are part of prepaid funeral plans such as yours and transfers the responsibility for the policy over to National Guardian Life Insurance Company.

The name of the company that underwrites the policy does not change, which is why your policy documents will still have Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company written on them.
