Claims
We are in business to pay claims. Our hope is that the service we
provide makes a difficult time in life just a little easier.
We
try to streamline the claims process as much as possible. We
require only a certified death certificate to make payment on policies
that have been in force for more than two years. Upon receipt, we
process the claim immediately and have a check in the mail the next
business day. We are also happy to work with beneficiaries who
wish to assign payment for funeral services directly to providers.
Our
partnership with the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society allows our
policyholders who are enrolled to take advantage of the support and
assistance the society provides combined with our fast claim payment.
